Private sellerProduct description
A set of six Dining chairs, manufactured in the iconic Thonet style. These chairs exemplify the revolutionary bentwood technique introduced in the late 19th century. The design is characterized by its elegant, flowing lines and lightweight construction, making it a timeless classic in furniture history.
Each chair is made of carefully bent wood, finished in an opaque black lacquer that accentuates the organic forms. The design includes a distinctive double loop as a backrest and a round, solid seat. This set of six is uniform in execution and forms a cohesive whole, ideal for placement around a dining table.
The chairs are in used but good condition, with a consistent finish across the entire set. The construction is sturdy and stable, testifying to quality craftsmanship. The character of the chairs is elegant and well-preserved, ready to be integrated directly into an interior.
Thanks to their versatile and classic appearance, these chairs fit effortlessly into various interior styles, from a traditional Parisian bistro atmosphere to a modern or eclectically furnished dining room. They offer comfortable and stylish seating for daily use or special occasions.
