Two original 414 tube armchairs designed by W.H. Gispen for Gispen in 1935. The chair is one of the most famous chairs produced by the Gispen company. These two 414 armchairs are from the 1950s and were originally upholstered in a gray-green rib fabric but were later upholstered in ecru colored cotton fabric.
The chairs have a matte frame and are in good vintage condition. The bakelite armrests are still nice. The fabric upholstery has light discoloration and one chair has 2 scuffs in the upholstery. See photos.
