Beautiful and very well preserved vintage ceiling lamp by Temde, an original from the 1960s.
Typical high-quality Space Age design from that time. The lamp consists of a large beige plastic ball with one opening and one teak plywood frame made of a semicircle.
The lamshade can be rotated steplessly on the axis.
Inside there are two original E27 sockets, one on each side, each for a maximum of 60W.
The cable cover at the top is made of plastic veneered with real teak.
100% original condition and fully functional.
Rewired due to age. With a very long cable. Can be shortened to any height if desired.
In the last photo you can see a small chip. Only a few millimeters tall.
At this point there were a few very fine surface cracks on the coating of the shade.
The globe is not broken or torn, it's just superficial.
You can only see it when you're really close. Doesn't bother at all.
Suitable for all living areas and very decorative.
