Vintage Wassily armchair in warm cognac brown saddle leather, produced by Fasem (Italy)
Designed in 1925 by Marcel Breuer, the Wassily (Model B3) is one of the most iconic Bauhaus designs ever created. The combination of tubular chrome-plated steel and thick saddle leather gives this piece a strong architectural presence and timeless modern appeal.
This example features a beautiful natural patina. The leather shows signs of age and use consistent with its vintage character, without tears or structural issues. The chrome frame remains in good vintage condition with minor signs of wear.
The chair is fitted with four metal foot caps, ensuring stability and a refined finish (see detail photo).
