"Magnificent terracotta vase by Sicilian artist Stefania Boemi dating from the 2010s. The sculptor was inspired by ancient Sicilian legends of love and revenge between a Moor and a young girl. This unique piece is entirely handcrafted in the Sicilian tradition. This very large model features the head of a Moorish woman with a crown. Beautiful matte gray cameo with natural pigments. A second vase is also available to create a pair. Very fragile piece, so hand delivery recommended. Very good condition."
