A striking modernist pair of Rosenthal Studio-Line vases designed by Werner Uhl in the mid-1980s. Executed in deep black bisque porcelain, the two vessels represent an elegant study in geometric minimalism and surface rhythm—hallmarks of Rosenthal’s Studio-Line program during the late twentieth century.
The “Pisa” series reflects a design philosophy in which sculptural clarity and subtle surface articulation work together to create objects that feel both architectural and tactile.
