Beautiful vintage pendant lamp, custom assembled using original vintage RAAK Amsterdam components. The eye-catching clear glass globe features a distinctive bubble / raindrop texture, creating a beautiful pattern of reflected light across the walls and ceiling when illuminated. Combined with the chrome-coloured metal fitting, black suspension and ceiling rose, the lamp has a characteristic 1970s Dutch Design / Space Age appearance. Please note: this lamp is a custom composition and was not originally sold by RAAK in this exact configuration. It has been assembled using vintage RAAK components to create a complete and functional pendant lamp. This is therefore not presented as an original factory configuration. The transparent textured glass makes the lamp visually light and sculptural when switched off, while becoming particularly atmospheric when illuminated. A great statement piece above a dining table, in a living room, bedroom, hallway or entrance. Condition: Good vintage condition with age-related signs of use.
