Charming classic Norwegian pewter jug/pitcher designed and made by Gunnar Havstad (b. 1901 - d. 1973) in his own workshop/studio in Nesodden (founded 1928), Norway, in the 1950s. A jug with a special design, featuring a leather-wrapped handle and a top lid with a hook-shaped handle. For decorative purposes only. This pitcher is perfect and special or simply a decorative object. Good vintage condition and beautiful pewter patina. Signed under Havstad - pewter Norway. Dimensions: 35cmH x 10cmD x 16.5cm deep with handle.
