Product description
A rather rare, beautiful, and iconic vintage Space Age table lamp by the high-quality German glass manufacturer Peill & Putzler, designed in the 1970s. An absolute eye-catcher for lovers of Mid-Century Modern and Space Age design. The lamp is entirely crafted from mouth-blown smoked glass with a stunning, mirrored chrome finish on the inside of the characteristic, wavy rings. This creates a beautiful diffused light effect when the lamp is lit, and a sculptural mirror effect during the day. Dimensions: 23 cm diameter and 29 cm high. In one spot on the inside, the chrome finish is peeling slightly due to years of use. This is consistent with its age. It is located on the back, so it is barely noticeable.
