Born in 1939 in Czechoslovakia, Jiri Naceradsky studied in 1957-1963 Academy of Fine Arts in Prague. He was persecuted by the communists until the revolution in 1989, when he became a professor and head of figurative and monumental paintings on the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague. He died in 2014.
