Product description
The set of two coffee tables was designed by Albert Larsson for the Swedish manufacturer Alberts Tibro during the 1960s. It is an excellent example of Scandinavian design combining functionality with aesthetics. The tables are finished in teak, particularly prized for its warm tone, durability, and beautiful, natural grain. The tabletops are slightly rounded at the edges, lending them a subtle touch. The minimalist design and gently tapered legs create a very light and elegant look. The tables can be used as side tables, bedside tables, or as a single decorative element in any interior.
Alberts Tibro is a Swedish furniture and interior design manufacturer from Tibro, a town with a strong tradition of carpentry and furniture production in Sweden. The company operated from the 1950s to the 1970s. The designs reflected the Scandinavian Mid-Century Modern style, characterized by simplicity of form and functionality.
The tables are in original, vintage condition. They show minor signs of wear. There are light scratches on the tabletop.
