Product description
Beautiful, rare and unique Massive 60-70s space age ceiling lamp. Overall ok condition, we have had the lamp completely taken apart, cleaned and put in a new round fluorescent light from Phillips (40 cm diameter round bulb). The lamp is constructed with a metal round (witch hat) shade, a plastic round ring part (undamaged, no damage), the fixture/lamp, another plastic round ring part with the 40cm diameter fluorescent bulb in it, and another metal shade. Chrome style trim at the bottom and top (hard plastic and metal). In, height adjustable (between 0.40m and 1 (1.10m). Rolly system. You can see that on the left side of the lamp when it is on a dark spot. This is due to the fluorescent lighting where around the connection part inside the lamp is a cap. This will be with all lamps you put in. The lamp can be shipped insured. Please contact us for costs, we will check with you where it needs to go and if you want the lamp shipped in parts or as a whole.
Some wear/scratches on the stainless steel cap/rings/caps , and a dent on the side. of the lower washer (stainless steel). You can certainly have this adjusted/do it yourself perhaps. You can also disassemble the lamp and put the top cap underneath. The fluorescent lamp has some flickering from close up, possibly it is in the connection, possibly in the ballast. This can be replaced. Presumably with an LED bulb you will experience less of this. The ring/cover on top has some wear and weathering (see last pictures).
