Product description
An iconic design classic from the Space Age era. This beautiful lamp was produced by the high-end German manufacturer Hillebrand Leuchten in the 1960s/70s. The lamp is made of a heavy, thick dome of hand-blown bubble glass (or ice glass) that rests on a minimalist metal base. The absolute highlight is the light effect: the hundreds of small air bubbles in the glass create a magical, sparkling wave pattern on the walls and ceiling as soon as the lamp is switched on. This model is multifunctional and can be used as an atmospheric table lamp, but was originally designed to be mounted as a wall or ceiling lamp as well.
A cable with a switch can be supplied upon request.
