A high-quality, hand-painted vintage German flat tin figure (Flachfigur). This piece belongs to the "Neue Mode" (New Fashion) series, which focuses on the history of European costume and courtly life.
• Subject: A gentleman in early 19th-century diplomatic/court attire, featuring a blue coat with a ceremonial sash, an order star, and a cape. He is holding a bicorne hat decorated with pink and white ostrich plumes.
• Origin: Germany, likely mid-20th century.
• Series: Inscribed "neue mode" on the base.
• Technique: Traditional slate-mold casting with detailed hand-painted finish.
