Product description
Rare vintage porcelain coasters by Piero Fornasetti. They were commissioned by "Pacha," a Belgian chicory manufacturer, to celebrate their 150th anniversary in 1975. They are rare because they were custom-made in a limited edition. The glazed ceramic coaster depicts a coffee-drinking sultan, or Pacha, against a North African skyline. The image is transfer-printed onto a white background with a gilded edge.
Marked on the bottom: "Espressamente create da Fornasetti Milano," the Fornasetti brand, and the Pacha company logo in French/Dutch.
Set of 8, only sold as a set.
Dimensions: Diameter: 10cm x Height: 1.5cm
Condition: In very good condition. No damage or repairs. The image is still very sharp. They appear almost new.
The item will be carefully packaged and shipped from Belgium with a track & trace code.
