Product description
Beautiful and rare vintage design pendant lamp by the high-quality German manufacturer Doria Leuchten (1960s / 70s). An absolute showpiece for lovers of Mid-Century Modern, Space Age, and Hollywood Regency interiors. The lamp is fully original (including the authentic Doria brand emblem on the glass) and is in splendid condition. The lamp features a large, hand-blown sphere of clear quality glass. The bottom part tapers inwards in a unique, organic funnel shape. This creates a beautiful, atmospheric light effect and a unique dynamic on the walls and ceiling when the lamp is lit. The internal structure and vertical rod are finished in a refined gold-colored/brass finish. The glass is in perfect condition! A single surface scratch, see photo, but that's not unusual for a lamp from 1960/1970. Dimensions: sphere diameter 35 cm, glass height 30 cm, cable/hanging height 80 cm.
