Authentic Revolt chair (armrest version) by Dutch designer Friso Kramer. Launched in 1953, this chair has become an icon of industrial style and mid-century modernism, celebrated for its innovative approach to materials and functional construction.
The Revolt chair is distinguished by its folded steel sheet structure, presented here in a light grey finish, which offers both lightness and robustness. The seat and backrest are made of curved wooden plywood, featuring a warm natural wood tone. The distinctive armrests are made of black plastic, adding graphic contrast and extra comfort. This model is from the early productions made with natural wood.
This vintage piece has retained its original character. It shows a patina that testifies to its history and use over the decades. The general condition is excellent. The chair retains all its original components.
