1950´s Danish handblown glass drop vase by Per Lütken for Holmegaard Danish glassmaker Per Lütken (1916 - 1998) worked at Holmegaard from 1942 until his death in 1998. During this period he created some of the factory’s finest pieces and all-time classics like the drop vase. The work of Per Lütken is still highly rated, especially throughout Scandinavia. The arrival of Lütken at Holmegaard in many aspects marked a new beginning in the history of the factory that was originally founded in 1823.
