This is a great table, with lots of amazing details. First of all, it is a coffee table on high legs. It can also be used as a side table. The four legs on which the table rests are made of bent wood, just look at the detail under the top plate. It is simply beautiful. The table also has a center shelf that has a plastic mesh to hold your magazines, or whatever you need to store. It's a very strong plastic. The use of the mesh adds to the lightness of the table. It was produced in Czechoslovakia in the 1960s, which makes sense because the materials used are very typical of the design era. It is in very good condition with only minor wear..
