Product description
Original, sculptural star chandelier in polished chrome and brushed aluminum, designed by Gaetano Sciolari and made in Italy in the 1960s. It features 5 textured glass reflectors.
Chrome-plated metal chandelier featuring a large cylindrical shaft from which 4 metal elements with interlocking chrome-plated cylinders emerge. The more elongated central part ends in a block of chased glass, like the 4 offset lamps.
Angelo Gaetano Sciolari was born in Italy in 1927. After graduating from the Faculty of Architecture, Sciolari took over the family lighting production business. In just a few years, the designer transformed the company, propelling it onto the international stage. Sciolari became the #1 Italian lighting retailer in the United States! Sciolari's creations were even featured in the famous Dallas TV series. Gaetano is not only a brilliant entrepreneur, but also a prolific and talented designer. He has worked for some of the biggest names in design.
