This ceramic bonbonnière or jewelry box was made in China. It is shaped like a pumpkin or melon, and the surface is painted with floral motifs in beautiful autumn colors. There is a stamp with the number '2' on the inside of the rim. A unique piece of Asian pottery that can hold a generous amount of chocolates or sweets, perfect for Halloween/Thanksgiving/autumn (or of course any other time of the year ;-)
