Product description
This is an authentic Boby trolley, an iconic design by Italian designer Joe Colombo for the manufacturer Bieffeplast. The piece of furniture is a prime example of 1970s Space Age design and is renowned for its modular functionality and dynamic form, making it a sought-after object for collectors and design enthusiasts.
The trolley is entirely made of durable ABS plastic, finished in a deep black, glossy coating. The design, model B33, is characterized by a system of swivel drawers and open compartments, offering a flexible and personalized storage solution. Thanks to its swivel casters, the trolley is easy to move, contributing to its versatility. This specific piece features Joe Colombo's signature, confirming its authenticity.
The item is in good, vintage condition, consistent with its age and use. The original structure and sheen of the plastic have been preserved, and all modular components function correctly. The trolley displays a character that testifies to its history and adds an authentic element to any interior.
Due to its compact and multifunctional nature, the Boby trolley is ideally suited for various spaces, such as a home office, studio, bathroom, or as a unique side table or bar cart in the living room. It fits seamlessly into vintage, retro, modern, or minimalist interiors.
