This authentic vintage Beni M'Guild rug is a beautiful piece of traditional Moroccan craftsmanship from the Middle Atlas. Made from 100% natural sheep's wool and dating from the 1970s-1980s, this is an exceptionally large and wide example. Such generous dimensions are extremely rare for authentic vintage Berber carpets. The base is formed by a warm apricot color that softly transitions into nuances of orange and blush — color shades typical for the base of an authentic Beni M'Guild. This soft palette is complemented by the characteristic geometric diamond pattern in a grey-green hue. Hints of cream and white add extra freshness. This rare color combination gives the rug a balanced and exclusive character. Traditional Beni M'Guild rugs are known for their shorter, densely knotted pile that feels wonderfully comfortable. The intense artisanal process on a traditional loom took months to complete this single woolen work of art. The rug has been professionally washed and carefully cleaned to preserve the natural beauty of the wool and is immediately ready for use.
