Product description
This durable dark blue sofa is made from leftover leather that was left over after making a large ship-upholstery project at H.J.F. de Koning's workshop in Grou. This sofa was made in August 2022 and is therefore in very good condition, with no scratches or signs of use. The bench consists of squares with occasional playful seams for detail. In Japan, they have developed the art of repairing broken pottery with gold leaf to add value to the object.
In this bench, therefore, the seams are filled with gold leaf.
