Product description
Very nice coffee table signed by the Belgian designer Christian Krekels made in 1979. The top is very decorative, made of multiple rounded lines, entirely in engraved brass, with two inserts of agate stones. The tray rests on a wooden base covered with brass, also decorated and engraved. The rectangular tray with finely engraved lines seems to float above the base. The technique used, typical of the work of the Belgian decorators of the 70's and 80's, is acid etching, creating a unique pattern. It has been fully restored and repolished, and is in superb condition. A unique and very decorative piece.
