The iconic Illum Wikkelsø ML-90 is a remarkable example of Danish design from the mid-1960s. Designed by Illum Wikkelsø and produced by furniture manufacturer Michael Laursen, this vintage sofa immediately stands out due to its unconventional design. The characteristic square side panels and crossed solid oak legs give the sofa a powerful, sculptural appearance, with the seating area appearing to subtly lean back on the base.
This ML-90 vintage sofa has been professionally reupholstered in a beautiful bouclé-style fabric with a warm pink melange hue. The rich texture of the fabric gives the sofa a soft, contemporary look, while the original lines of the design have been fully preserved.
A comfortable and stylish design classic that fits perfectly in both modern and vintage interiors. This Illum Wikkelsø ML-90 is in excellent vintage condition. Design period: 1960s
