This is a set of two Mira C suspension lamps, designed by Ezio Didone for the Italian manufacturer Arteluce. Produced in the 1980s, this pair exemplifies the era's sleek and futuristic design sensibilities. The model is known for its distinctive saucer-like silhouette and its ability to cast light both upwards and downwards, creating a balanced ambiance.
The lamps are constructed with a polished chrome-plated metal frame that encircles a central glass diffuser. This combination of materials enhances the fixture's reflective quality while ensuring a soft, distributed illumination.
