Vintage Art Deco Globe Display Cabinet | Figured Walnut | Circa 1930. A truly exceptional Art Deco display cabinet, dating from around 1930, with an unmistakable sculptural presence and beautifully curved silhouette. This remarkable cabinet features a distinctive circular, almost globe-like form, beautifully balanced on its integral curved plinth base. The rounded shape gives the piece a wonderful architectural quality, while the rich figured walnut veneer showcases dramatic natural grain patterns and beautiful depth of colour. The front is fitted with double glass-panelled doors, featuring elegant central vertical framing and opening to reveal multiple internal glass shelves. The glass allows treasured objects, glassware, books, ceramics or collectibles to be beautifully displayed while remaining protected inside the cabinet. The combination of curved walnut, geometric Art Deco detailing and generous glazing creates a wonderfully sophisticated statement piece.
