Product description
Authentic earthenware vase from the 1930s/40s, manufactured by the Belgian pottery Faïencerie de Thulin.
This vase is a beautiful example of the characteristic 'grès flammé' (flamed earthenware).
The vase has a sand-colored, finely speckled base with a beautifully contrasting drip glaze in warm shades of brown and deep brown around the neck and shoulders. On the underside, the vase is marked with the blind stamps "Belgium" and the model number "90-2". A timeless and atmospheric object that fits perfectly in a vintage, Art Déco, or modern interior, in short, this fits in all interiors!

Condition: In beautiful vintage condition without damage. (Note: the handwritten black marking on the underside is from a previous owner/shop).
