The GFM-142 armchair is an iconic club-style design created by Edmund Homa and produced during the 1960s at the Gościcińska Fabryka Mebli (GFM) in Poland.
This specific model is distinguished by its low, deep seat and a reclining backrest, offering a more relaxed and substantial silhouette than its smaller counterpart, the GFM-64.
The construction is based on a solid beech wood frame, which features elegantly turned legs and a straight slat that provides structural support to the backrest.
A standout element of this design is the set of long, carefully profiled armrests that provide both comfort and a sophisticated aesthetic.
The wooden frames have been professionally restored to highlight the natural grain and warm tones of the beech wood.
