Product description
Striking original Space Age pendant lamp dating from 1973, featuring a vibrant translucent orange acrylic dome paired with a sculptural chrome ring. A true icon of 1970s futuristic design, this lamp creates a beautiful warm glow when illuminated and makes an eye-catching statement above a dining table, kitchen island or reading corner. The original height-adjustable suspension with retractable cord is still present, adding both functionality and authentic vintage character. Details Original 1973 Space Age pendant lamp Translucent orange acrylic shade Chrome-plated metal surround Height-adjustable pull-down suspension Two E27 bulb fittings Original ceiling mechanism Diameter: approx. 40 cm Condition Good vintage condition with signs of age consistent with use. The chrome shows some oxidation and pitting, and there are scratches and paint loss on the underside of the metal ring (see photos). The orange shade remains in very good condition with only light signs of wear. These imperfections have been reflected in the price. REF. 26161
