Cute vintage demountable 1-door wardrobe; the size is really great for a baby or child's room!
The cabinet has a sleek design and stands on tapered legs. Behind the door are 2 shelves (covered with retro foil), and at the top is a rail for hanging clothes. The wardrobe is finished in medium oak veneer. We cleaned it and inspected it thoroughly. The hinges were not original and were not in the right place; we installed new hinges, and in the correct place :-) There is a repair on the inside at the bottom right, likely taken apart too roughly at some point. There was already a neatly repaired damaged spot on the top left of the door. The legs have been re-glued and the lock has been lubricated. Finally, the veneer has been treated with a nourishing wood oil. It is in good condition with normal signs of use appropriate for its age.
The wardrobe is marked on the back: Monke Möbel from Germany. This cutie is all set to be put into use in a new children's room!
Dimensions: W60 x D53 x H176 cm. The cabinet is demountable and is delivered in this state for transport.
