This rug is an absolute rarity! This rug, featuring the motif "Le chat la lune et le soleil" by Corneille Guillaume van Beverloo, appears to be a very early/rare version, as both the artist's signature and the limitation number are located on the front of the rug. This motif was limited to 90 copies, and the rug offered here is number 6. The rug has been freshly cleaned and re-glued on the back, as the adhesive had come loose over the years. This rug possesses its own unique charm and is a classic in Cobra Group design, combining excellently with interior highlights in Art Deco style or Scandinavian design. The rug is hand-knotted from 100% New Zealand wool and shows no damage whatsoever. A certificate of authenticity is available. Dimensions: 180cm x 120cm.
