Knitwear shelves specially designed for the interiors of Rodier boutiques in the 1970s. Ideal for showcasing your books, clothing, shoes, or collectibles. Rodier was a French company that manufactured and sold knitwear that was both expensive and understated, in the most elegant sense of the word. Since most items were displayed flat, the shelves only needed to be the width of a folded shirt. Architect and designer Valérie Doubroucinskis, of the Paris-based firm Service Architecture SNIP (responsible for the interior design of all Rodier boutiques), therefore developed modules in white or red fiberglass, with five or six shelves, which, from a distance, resemble totems.
