A pendant lamp with diffused light. The diffuser is made of mouth-blown glass with a glossy finish, treated with a vacuum metallization process on its conical surface. This technique makes the glass shiny and reflective like metal when switched off. The light body appears as chrome-plated metal when off, while when switched on, it transforms into a warm, light gray. Glass Drop evokes a luminous "drop of glass" that has yet to fully form. The technological treatment that gives the blown glass body its characteristic metallic effect allows it to have a dual nature. When off, the decorative effect of the reflective surface prevails; when switched on, it reveals a warm light that filters through the iridescent diffuser. The gently undulating shape at the top harmoniously accentuates the droplet effect. The Glass Drop pendant is also available in white, which enhances its illumination while offering exceptional versatility in terms of adjustment. Glass Drop is particularly striking in a multi-pendant installation, like a piece of jewelry composed of several pendants. The multiple glass roof, linear or round, is the Foscarini solution that allows you to compose up to nine suspensions, combining functionality and harmony of the panel.
