Product description
Original work presented during my debut exhibition at the Art Expo Eindhoven 2025.
"Soon" is a modern landscape painting in a square format (40×40 cm), composed of loose color areas that together suggest a sunrise over water. The work plays with the moment before brightness, a hushed scene full of promise that only really unfolds when viewed from a distance.
The painting is done in a stylized impressionist style, with gentle transitions between warm and cool tones. Up close, you see blocks; from afar, you see light.
Stretched on a sturdy 4 cm thick muscle frame. The sides are fully painted along, so the work needs no frame and can be hung immediately. The image runs subtly over the edges, adding to the spatial effect.
