SIJBRANDA – SEALINES - “THAT ORANGE SUN!” For the past 10 years, I have dedicated myself to photographing the sea and developing the Sealines Collection. I draw inspiration from contact with the elements of earth, water, and wind, and the horizon. The horizon: an imaginary line between water and air, between earth and sky, separation of elements, the end of a perspective. Born in Hoek van Holland, my fascination with the sea is as self-evident as it is natural. I use contemporary techniques and transform the images into an abstraction, thereby adding a personal impression. Sijbranda – Sealines distinguish themselves through a broad perspective, a subtle color palette, and a mystical atmosphere.
