About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
The Showtime armchair, designed by Jaime Hayon for BD Barcelona Design, is a sculptural piece that blends classic forms with a contemporary aesthetic. This iconic model is distinguished by its enveloping silhouette and dramatic presence, offering a strong visual statement in any interior. The structure consists of a high-gloss, rigid white shell topped with a distinctive high backrest. The seat and interior are upholstered in quilted white leather, providing a textural contrast and optimal comfort. This piece measures 90 cm wide, 82 cm deep, and 162 cm high, with a seat height of 45 cm. This is one of the first editions of this model. The armchair is in good overall condition, retaining its structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. It shows some signs of wear that attest to its history, while remaining fully functional. This piece would be a perfect fit for a modern living room, an executive office, or a striking reception area. Its unique design makes it an ideal focal point, harmonizing with minimalist or eclectic interiors.
