Matching Castelijn Type Delta table also for sale.
This set of six Tambour dining chairs was designed by Pierre Mazairac and Karel Boonzaaier for the Dutch brand Castelijn. The design is characterized by the striking wooden backrest with horizontal cutouts, creating an airy and graphic silhouette.
The chairs feature a black powder-coated stainless steel base with tapered legs. The round seats are upholstered in the original green Alcantara fabric, forming a rich contrast with the warm wood tone of the backrest.
No stains on the upholstery. Always used here with a protective cover.
On 2 chairs, a few small holes on the underside.
(It looks worse in the photo, but I consider completeness important).
This set is in good condition while retaining its original character! The chairs fit perfectly in a modern or eclectic interior and combine well with a sleek wooden or glass dining table.
