(4) Christofle plates model "Pavillon", 90's – Italy
Exquisite set of "Pavillon" model plates by Christofle, made in the 1990s in Italy. Marbled butter yellow glazed ceramic, gradient. Two of them are slightly lighter, since they are handmade.
The Christofle house was founded in Paris in 1830 by Charles Christofle, developing over time a reputation and outstanding and pristine quality. However, this collection belongs to the exclusive production that was carried out in 1992 after the crisis of the Gulf War. The company was going through difficult times and Albert Bouilhet asked for help from his Italian cousin, Maurizio Borletti, with whom he carried out this very exclusive production of dishes. An occasional and unique task that provides authenticity to these dishes. At the bottom, special “Made in Italy” marks. They can be used as under plates or as trays.
