About this seller
ProfessionalProduct description
This set of four Eames DSR chairs was designed by Charles and Ray Eames and produced by Vitra. The iconic design combines an organically shaped seat shell with a refined base, resulting in a timeless classic appreciated worldwide for its aesthetics and functionality.
The chairs feature a white plastic seat shell and rest on a chrome-plated metal wire base, also known as the 'Eiffel' base. The combination of these materials ensures a durable construction and a clean, modern look. The chairs are marked on the underside with the Vitra logo and the designers' signature, confirming their authenticity.
The set is in good condition with characteristic signs of use consistent with its age. The chairs retain their structural integrity and the original finish is intact, contributing to the set's authentic appearance.
These Eames chairs look excellent in a modern or Scandinavian dining room. They combine effortlessly with both wooden and glass dining tables and add a touch of design history to any interior.
