Product description
Beautiful set of two original XL globe pendant lamps by Raak Amsterdam, type B-1156. This iconic lighting comes from the heyday of Dutch design in the 1970s, when Raak was known for its futuristic shapes and high-quality glass applications.
What makes this set special is that the globes are made entirely of frosted (opaline) glass – so no color gradient like with the well-known ‘morning mist’ variants, but a calm, even, and diffuse light distribution.
With a diameter of no less than 50 cm per globe, these are true statement pieces. Perfectly suited as a set above a large dining table, in an atrium, or in rooms with high ceilings. Together, they provide soft, atmospheric, and even lighting.
