Product description
The Servul uplighter wall lamps were designed by Josep Lluís Cà for Arteluce and produced in Italy during the 1990s. This set of two wall lamps (four available) features a distinctive composition of a curved lacquered metal shade paired with a lacquered wooden base, resulting in a balanced contrast between industrial precision and warm materiality. The design is elegant, architectural and quietly expressive—typical of Lluís Cà’s refined design language. When installed, the lamps provide a soft, indirect halogen light that washes the wall surface in a controlled and atmospheric way. The curved shade directs the light upward and outward, while the sculptural form creates a subtle play of light and shadow. Ideal for hallways, living spaces or as repeated architectural elements, they function beautifully both individually and as a set. All four lamps are presented in excellent vintage condition, with no notable flaws. A high-quality and versatile design from a key period in Italian lighting history, these Servul wall lamps are perfect for collectors and interior architects seeking timeless, intelligent lighting with a subtle but distinctive presence.
