Born from the collaboration between Japanese designer Isao Hosoe and Serafino Zani, the Mach coffee maker, inspired by Greek columns, has managed to translate the language of art into an everyday object.
Mach is essential and exclusive in its forms: two opposing truncated cones, connected by a grooved cylinder.
The handle made of thermoplastic insulating material allows for an easy and secure grip.
An evergreen design object, this coffee maker represents one of those historical pieces that have placed Serafino Zani among the most innovative design companies in the sector.
Thanks to its strong visual impact and formal innovation, the Mach coffee maker has received prestigious international awards and is exhibited in the most important design museums in the world:
• Red Dot Award (Design Innovation, 1995)
• Good Design Award (1995)
• Permanent Collection of the Chicago Athenaeum Design Museum (1995)
• Permanent Collection of the Triennale Design Museum in Milan (2010)
