Sculpture "Femme à l'oiseau" in black glazed ceramic by Paulette Toma, France 60's. Large format, 79 cm high, for this sculpture by Marseille ceramist Paulette Toma. 1st prize from the Marseille Academy of Fine Arts, 1949/50, in the "sculpture, molding, development" category. Ceramics opened the door to archaeology, and she became curator of the Saint Blaise site in Saint-Mitre-les-Remparts, Bouches-du-Rhône. Very good condition. Unique work.
