This striking mantel vase was designed by Roberto Rigon for the Italian brand Bertoncello. The design is characterized by its sculptural, cubist form with distinctive cutouts, making it an iconic example of Italian ceramics from the mid-twentieth century. The vase is crafted from ceramic and finished with a mottled glaze in shades of beige and reddish-brown, creating an organic and earthy appearance. The texture of the glaze lends the object extra depth and character. The piece is marked on the underside with the number 907, confirming the authenticity of this vintage object.
