This magnificent vintage vase was made by the quintessential German manufacturer: Scheurich Keramik (model 549-21). The vase features the highly recognizable flaming red-brown pattern (also known in the vintage world as one of the 'Lora' decor patterns). The expressive drip glaze consists of a rustic, speckled beige-brown base with a contrasting, continuous band of glossy fiery red glaze. The bottom and top are subtly finished with a dark brown hue. The sleek cylindrical design was created by top designer Heinz Siery. The bottom is embossed with the model number 549-21 and origin W. Germany. A beautiful piece of authentic West German pottery for retro design enthusiasts! This splendid vase truly fits into any interior! Condition: In splendid condition, no damage or chips whatsoever.
