Superb vintage sideboard in the Scandinavian style of the 60s.
Probably designed by Danish designer Kurt Östervig for the Danish firm Jason Møbler. The sideboard is stamped.
The sideboard has two levels. The lower level holds a large tray. The upper level opens to reveal a larger tray. The latter is covered with a beautiful blue-green linoleum.
The top is made of oak plywood, while the other parts are teak.
Some signs of use and a small restoration that was carried out before I bought it. However, the overall aesthetics of the piece and its functioning are not marred.
This is a beautiful piece with a singular and atypical design.
