Original Scandinavian armchair from the 1960s. Solid wood design with original, one-piece, boomerang-shaped turned armrests. It is constructed with diagonally mounted legs to which the armrests are anchored, and a comfortable, trapezoidal upholstered backrest is attached to these. The seat, also trapezoidal, is mounted on two bars that run from the rear to the front legs. A piece of exquisite craftsmanship, which speaks once again to the skillful work of Scandinavian designers and furniture makers in the mid-20th century. It is in good condition, having been treated with Danish oil and reupholstered in a burgundy and white herringbone fabric.
