Product description
Saarinen Knoll Executive Armchair De Coene vintage
Eero Saarinen executive armchairs for Knoll De Coene Belgium, 1950s.
Set of 2 chairs.
Upholstered in dark chocolate brown leather with chrome/nickel tubular legs, finished with round feet. Both chairs, in good condition and with thick leather, have that amazing, hard-to-find, warm patinated look.
Eero Saarinen was a Finnish-American architect, born on August 20, 1910, in Finland. An American citizen since 1940, he died in September 1961 in Michigan.
Dimensions:
80 cm high x 63 cm wide x 53 cm deep
Seat height is 44/45 cm.
The pair shows signs of use, or patina, giving this pair character and making it only more interesting with age... You certainly don't need to worry about that first stain. No cracks and no thinning, warm, characterful leather.
These stylish chairs will be a fantastic addition to any modern living space.
